Our client is a multinational company in Beverage industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales order taking and customer management

·  Review, track and confirm purchase orders (POs) and delivery schedule upon receiving from customers and provide timely feedback on availability and moving delivery/arrival dates

·  Communicate daily with customers on production plan, inventory details of finished goods and packaging materials, delivery schedule and filter/ resolve any claims/ concerns from customers to the appropriate channel (e.g. QA, Logistics. New Product Development)

·  Chase customers to send POs to fulfill submitted demand forecast or clear pending stock of finished goods, including suggesting opportunities to increase sales to Line Manager and respective Sales General Managers

·  Communicate to customers on invoice, upcoming and late payment

·  Track payment (e.g. letter of credit, pre-payment) and payment schedule of Indochina customers to ensure volume booking and shipment

·  Support Line Manager in preparing monthly performance review of Vietnam Export performance.


Volume demand planning, demand forecast, and performance tracking

·  Update demand plan on a weekly basis with demand forecast, received POs and POs to reach demand and communicate to Line Manager and designated Sales GMs.

·  Work with customers and Commercial team to ensure accurate demand forecast by SKU (3-month rolling forecast and full year forecast)

·  Proactively communicate to Line Manager on potential issues with regards to demand forecast accuracy, stock availability, and shipment schedule

·  Prepare weekly report on sales performance versus budget and versus last year and identify drivers of performance

Ensure SLA (service level agreement) on stock availability and timely delivery

·  Proactively and regularly coordinate with Supply Planning team and S&Op’s Export-Import team to ensure stock availability and timely delivery schedule to meet customers’ orders

·  Support Line Manager to prepare paperwork to book discount for Indochina customers

·  Support Line Manager in identifying potential issues on stock availability and delivery schedule and suggesting solutions during Export Weekly Sales & Operation meetings.


Documentation/ Event Support to Commercial team

·  Assist GMs to coordinate with relevant functions to request for certificates for exporting new products, to set up new customers on Master Data system, and to provide information to help Brewery/Technical to set up new SKU

·  Maintain records of customers’ legal contracts and relevant paperwork

·  Support Line Manager to prepare documentation and approval on pricing and new customer set-up processes (as incurred)

·  Assist GMs to book accommodation for customers visiting the Brewery/ HCMC office and conducting brewery audit to customers (if requested by GMs)


PEOPLE/ CHANGE MANAGEMENT

·  Support team to follow and implement strictly all regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Management of ABI and by laws.

·  Proactively establish smooth channels of communication between customers and GMs

·  Actively identify opportunities to streamline relevant processes.




REQUIREMENTS


Education:

•University Degree on Economics specializing in Import Export, Accounting, International Business, Supply Chain Management.

Industry Experiences

•Any manufacturing industry.

•FMCG industry preferred.

Position Experiences:

•Hands-on export-import experience related to sales order, shipment logistics, and demand planning.

•Experience in working with cross-functional teams in multi-national companies

Language:

•Native Vietnamese speaker with high command of business Vietnamese  .

•Good spoken and written English

Computer:

•Proficient skills in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)

Knowledge/ Skills

•Familiar with managing large amount of data and information

•Good tactical problem solving
