Job description

Our client is a multinational company in FMCG industry.


-In charge all reports related to recruitment (KPI, Cost, …) & referral program

-Create, manage, and implement employment brand (EVP), CSV aligned with current market and generational trends to attract talent.

-Develop team competencies of team members by training, coaching, PDP

-Fully in charge recruitments for 3 factories: advise, coach Line Manager on recruitment approach, selection tool and process; lead the interview process, lead the discussion for the choice of the suitable candidates, manage offers to candidates, new hire, JSP/JD to meet the commitment in terms of quantity, quality and timing and compliance with minimum recruitment cost/within the approved budget for G10,9

-Optimize candidates source & recruitment budget to establish the correct pipeline and attract talent through internal, searching, building networking & relationship with university/colleges/associates/club/agencies/vendors

-Conducting exit interview for people from professional level and up when needs are defined for G9,10.



- 2 and more years working in-house recruitment, or with a Recruiting agency

-  Experience as team member in project with project management methodology and change management implications

-  Desirable experience working in matrix structured organizations with multiple division and/or business groups/categories

-  Experience interacting with Senior Managers in a client/vendor relationship

-  Minimum 5 years' solid work experience with at least 2 years in an employer Branding or recruitment marketing function.

-  Fluency in the market's local language and working knowledge of the English language is a must

-  A thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the roles various stakeholders play is desired

-  Must be adept at working in teams, interacting with new people

-  Exposure to marketing communications, brand management, HR/Employee Com munications, employee engagement, public relations, new media, multimedia and research is a plus

-  Strong technical capability (working knowledge of software such as content management  systems and web based platforms) is a distinct advantage
