Job description

Our client is a multinational company in FMCG industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES


-Participate in key forums related to brand/channel strategies and provide analytical information and insights

-Sources, provides and keeps up-to-date a regular information flow giving general market demographic data, competitor marketing activity and market trend information for both sales and marketing.

-Challenges goal delivery of research agencies working on Nestle brands, identify improvement areas and recommend to Management

-Challenges the research agencies to achieve the most effective & efficient research projects

-Evaluate the Consumer Insights & Applications generated by Marketing & Sales and provide inputs and guidelines for fine-tenement

- Accountable for the development and update of “consumer fact books”, where information and insights relevant to specific consumer life stages are compiled from all the different sources and analyzed with strategic implications

-Participate in mining consumer and shopper insight

-Manage and co-ordinate consumer connection program

-Ensure maintaining up to date cons umer portrait

-Accountable for ensuring the MI Library is continuously updated with:

+ Research Reports

+ Socio-economic data & key Generating Demand KPI’s

+ Household Visit Feedback Reports

+ Others (as and when developed)



REQUIREMENTS


-Business degree or equivalent

-Experience in research agency or research area of a business, with involvement in across all types of research

-Organizational & Planning skills

-Strategic thinking. Analytical thinking

-Innovative

-Communication skills
