Job description

Our client is a multinational company in Chemical industry.



- Provide HR support to across country locations

- Collaborate across HR function to ensure seamless client delivery

- Ensure successful implementation and application of HR policies and programs locally

· Responsible for delegated assignment from Country HR Manager

· Responsible for all HR admin task assignments

· Accuracy in monitoring, tracking and recoding employee annual leave, sick leave, paid leave, public holidays…

· Working closely with PwC for employee registration and de-registration

· Working closely with internal controller for supporting HR documents/information

· Working closely with external TalentNet Corp. for contractor formalization and management

· Working closely with headhunt agency for hiring vacant position

·  Responsible for preparation of hiring process to bring successful candidate onboard,
follow up probation assessment, labor contract renewal, service award.

· Responsible for preparation of labor termination.

· Effective dealing and handling with local authorities for HR matters

· Responsible for HR reports to local authorities if required

· Responsible to work as HR representative at Dong Nai side by setting recurrent working schedule at plant location

· Collaboration with plant OP for management HR recordings and reporting

· Arrangement employee annual health check

· Arrangement successful final candidate pre-employment health check

· Working closely with Health Service Team on Webchart system implementation.

· Arrangement premium healthcare insurance (Bao Viet) for employees and registered eligible family members

Payment arrangement for HR invoices

· Responsibility on follow-up and completion of HR service contracts/contracts

· Contact controller in Singapore to collect bank statement of payroll/SI/HI/UI/PIT/TU payments for filling.


- University graduation

- Good interpersonal effectiveness skills

- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervisor

- Harmonization and collaboration for superior result delivery

- Ability to analyze data and situation, make recommendation and assist with implementation

- Demonstrated ability to build employee relationships, engagements via professional attitude and

- Demonstrated improvement in knowledge of HR learning, technologies and laws

- High understand of confidential info/data handling and work professionally

- Good communication in both local and English

- Having at least 2 years of experience in HR assistance job

- Advantage to candidates with working experience at MNC
