Job description

Our client is a multinational company in beverage industry.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and build Regional Trade Marketing plans in conjunction with Regionals Sales Manager to ensure programming supports sustainable volume growth objectives

-  Accurately manage trade marketing budgets.

-  BPA Management

-  Plan, coordinate and participate in promotional events tied to brand image.

-  Support the implementation of trade marketing plans by tracking performance of key outputs such as distribution, volume, margin, display, sampling, and other merchandising activities.

-  Utilize sales tools to identify sales opportunities at store level

-  Work in conjunction with the regional sales coordinator to plan, manage and execute events & sponsorships

-  Develop sales campaigns and present quarterly programming to regional sales teams

-  Routinely collaborate with and advise sales teams to achieve sales goals

-  On a scheduled basis, conduct store surveys and work with field sales staff

-  Leverage AB social media platforms to drive brand awareness in market.

-  Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.)

- Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned in a timely manner.

 



REQUIREMENTS


- Education: B.S/B.A Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required

- Industry Experiences: 2+ years’ experience in beverage industry or other consumer product industries.

- Experience in beer/ alcoholic industry is a plus.

- Position Experiences: 3+ years in Trade MKT, Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.

- Experience in leading a team is preferable

Language: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.

Computer: Advanced  computer  software proficiency  (word,  excel,  outlook, PowerPoint, internet)

Knowledge/ Skills:

- Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills

- High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.

- Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks

- Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills

- Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)

- Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.

- Strong numerical, verbal and technical skill base - particularly negotiation & selling
