Job description


  • Developing and lead for EWS-HMTD brand to maximize EWS-HMTD image on market to contribute value of gross business growth.
  • Secure timely, intelligent campaign by season/regional/crops to strong build product brand and HMTD brand. Coordinate all demand creation activities to fit with country/regional business strategy
  • Responsible to make and supply all marketing material to achieve campaign plan by seasonal/regional/crops.
  • Develop distribution strategic base on portfolio development time line
  • Co-Lead & supervise the timely collection & interpretation of market data, competition, market trend, value chain trend, etc
  • Develop relationships with dealers, key farmers, consumer groups, and government agencies to maximise the visibility of the EWS HMTD  Brand and identifies opportunities for vegetables seeds businesses in Vietnam


  • Fully understand product profiles, segmentation, value chain of each crops
  • Have product senses
  • Know how to develop marketing materials (Banner, Poster, leaflet, Stickers …) with a complete technical knowledge/key selling messages of all varieties in PLC 6.2 and later.


Take the lead position for the following:

  • Set the marketing strategic to build EWS-HMTD brand via communication, media, advertisement, exhibition, and all demand creation activities
  • Build EWS-HMTD brand at all levels (Dealers/sub dealers/farmers/consumers…)
  • Develop innovative and holistic marketing campaigns to maximize the market share capture and value creation, especially for new MIs.
  • Build selling message for each products and capture value by marketing activities from value chain players, important trait of products
  • Develop/complete appropriate package key offers for the different customer segments to maximize the value creation for EWS.
  • Active on promotion program
  • Interpret market data to set priorities and objectives.

Be a member of the S&M management team responsible to:

  • Take part in the execution of building Prices with consultation S&M director, product manager, PMCM to secure proper value capture via trait value pricing.
  • Develop relationships with key farmers, dealers, consumer groups, and government agencies to maximise the visibility of the EWS-HMTD Brand
  • Develop on a continuous basis, a complete knowledge and understanding of competitor activity, sales, market potential, development market and trends.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master of Agronomist/Marketing, experience on MNCs
  • Good knowledge of the Agriculture industry (seed business)Moderate capability experience on Product management, marketing on seed business
  • Moderate capability experience of proven in Marketing Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good in English
