Job description

Our client is a multinational company in Chemical industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES


a. Achieve the financial targets

• Get the instructions from CCL on the country financial targets and develop a task list to achieve them.

• Communicate regularly with customers the targets and negotiate with them to get their agreement.

• Work with local team and inputs from customers how to achieve the targets.

• Track the progress and share it with the team monthly.

• Develop account plan with customer details profile.

• Build relationship with all customers.


b. Provide market information, customer feedback back and sales progress

• Collect customer feedback and market information on DAS products.

• Present VNM monthly forecast in Demand Review.

• Update ForDE and ensure supply efficiency for DAS products.

• Follow up on QuESHT audit with customers.

• Provide customer information to TT when required.


c. Build good working relationship with customers and excellent teamwork within the company

• Work closely with country team to align the resources and the plans.

• Build the network with local team to ensure good implementation and coordination on the programs.

• Develop good working relationship with distributor people, relevant agencies, supplier and other the 3rd party.

• Develop working relationships with key people of PPD, Institutes, Universities and Agencies.

• Explore and retain good relationships with channel partners, dealer, retailer networks as well as key farmers.

• Internal processes / policies / guidelines as required

• English / Presentations / Negotiations skills.

• Excel / MS / PowerPoint.

• Fully comply with E&C, EH&S, MVA.

 


REQUIREMENTS


- Strong initiative, ownership, accountability, passion and proactive working attitude to achieve sales goals;

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Good inter-personal skills - ability to build relationships and networks;

- Bachelor in Agriculture/ Marketing / Economy

- At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant business

- Fluent in Vietnamese & English language.
