Job description

Our Client is a multinational company in FMCG industry.


Assistant for MBIM:

· Assist in building and managing MBI operations for the B2B segment

· Review and improve current business framework around MBI issues, metrics, and key data sources

· Improve data warehouse management, MBI reporting and analysis

· Build additional data pipeline and reporting operations where necessary

Pricing structure:

· Manage and determine organizational processes (field, regional, headquarter) for pricing-related decisions AND optimize efficiency and transparency through automation / reduce non-value steps

· Provide pricing recommendations and/or approval (where appropriate) in sales planning meetings

· For value-based selling: lead the research to quantify the value of non-commoditized product features to customers, and incorporate it into pricing recommendations

· For market growth and expansion, conduct research (field studies, retailer interviews, etc.) with market analysts and others to create plans for the company

· Lead any other pricing studies / programs

B2B customer orientation:

· Identify the effective B2B segmentation, customers’ needs and market situation; then analyze and formulate competitive sales plans.

· Monitor and analyze market information.

· Proactive approach B2B segment to collect market information

· Monitor data and market information collection and updating to support to the analysis

· Identify the discrepancies, analyze and make recommendations based on the actual results and trends

· Monitor overall competitor market movement as well as conduct efficient and effective market research

· Capture and analyze market coverage and conduct market research required in order to report the market situation timely to the management.

Value Chain Analysis & Cost Optimization:

· Partner with Supply Chain team to conduct value chain mapping (trucking costs, delivery network, warehousing, etc.) for each sales region

· Incorporate value chain analysis into pricing model / decisions

· Identify tangible levers to improve cost reductions across value chain AND within channels itself EU to RTL to POD to OD to exPlant

· Work with Supply Chain team to explore tactical and strategic options for improvement

Quality and accuracy analysis result provided to stakeholders:

· On time delivery the quality and accuracy report to support for right decision maker to react with market situation.

Customer satisfaction and collaboration:

· Support all sales functions by giving recommendations, and coordinate between upper management level and sales department, and provide analytical support to all marketing and sales functions.

Occupational Health & Safety:

· Implement OH&S annual plan of Market Intelligence Department;

· Do risk control of potentially high risk





· University degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, and/or  Business Administration

· Knowledgeable in industrial cement market and/or professional business conduct.
