Job description

Our Client is a multinational company in FMCG industry.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and implement long term strategy for brand communication towards homeowners:

•Constantly review and evaluate brand strategy given change in customer behaviors.

•Innovative and creative ideas to be implemented to capture Top-of-Mind of homeowners.

•Explore different and innovative media channels to effectively communicate to homeowners.


Develop and implement long term strategy to engage contractors:

•Effectively Below-The-Line activities to gain the Top-of-Mind and convince contractors to use/recommend/ purchase cement.

•Develop innovative and creative engagement program to build contractor loyalty to brand.


Ensure brand compliance for:

•Set up and comply on SLA on brand compliance checking/ consulting to other departments.

•Track and monitor brand related items.

Lead, coach & develop the Brand Communications team:

•Coach & develop people to assure good and effective functioning of team and succession planning.



REQUIREMENTS


- Bachelor degree in business/Marketing.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP

- TOEIC: 725 at least

- 3-5 years working in communication area

- 1-3 years in managerial position with well reputed international company
