Job description


Marketing Strategy and roll out

•   Develop PULL and PUSH activation plan for consumers and SF to mobilize SF activity and bring incremental sales to company.
•   Create story around consumer products and SF offer, event and qualification challenge.
•   Drive HVM strategy with key sales platform
•   Closely work with sales training.
•   Develop pricing structure managing to Gross Profit targets.
•   Negotiate with the various external suppliers in domestic and overseas (Quality, MOQ, COGS, lead time and contract).
•   Manage to realize above plans on schedule.

Business structure knowledge
•   Understand relation-business structure and key process around sales field.
•   Drive key Outlet event activities working with promotion/ event team.
•   Attend key Outlet meeting to fully understand field insight.
•   Analysis product sales to bring improved value to next plan.

FCST operation

•   Manage the FCST of development and execution for product offering (Regular and Monthly offer)
•   Report Pre and Post implementation review
•   Own FCST process.

GP, SKU, and Inventory management
•   Manage merchandise GP, SKU and Inventory to achieve the company target.
•   Independently lead this area by closely work with Head of Marketing to drive daily operation.
•   Responsible person for TPS and Core area.
•   Report weekly situation to Head of Marketing.
•   Own GP, SKU, and Inventory management process.

New Products and TPS Purchase Order
•   Independently lead this area by closely working with Head of Marketing to drive daily operation.
•   Report weekly situation to Head of Marketing.

•   Communicate product features & benefits clearly to the relevant members to support demonstration.
•   Maintain smooth communication and build up trusting relationships between Marketing and the relevant internal team members
•   Build and keep the appropriate relationship with the suppliers.

Market Information/Data gathering and Conduct research
•   Analyse market trend and situation based on the data/facts.
•   Conduct consumer research as necessary.

Monitor and Report
•   Monitor product selling status and report to relevant divisions.
•   Take effective action in product development and marketing plans.

Team building
•   High performing department with high creativity, energy and innovative vision.
•   Consistently work towards improving own skills and influence others positively.


Age: 25’s-30’s

Education: University graduate

•   Minimum 2 years’ experience in product development and category management responsibilities.
•   Extensive product management experience in a customer centric environment.
•   Prior experience with a multi-national organization.
•   Similar dynamic market experience is preferable.

•   Strong merchandising skill of consumer goods.
•   Strong Managerial skills

•   Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word knowledge).
•   Smart/logical thinking both in writing and speaking.
