Job description


• To develop test and interview schedules to ensure fulfilment for the manpower request.

• Conduct interview and salary negotiation to candidates for certain positions, based on the manpower planning in order to ensure that the best talents in the market are recruited in a timely manner within the approved budget.

• To monitor the implementation of recruitment policies, procedures and techniques in order to ensure compliance and recommend improvement.

• To transfer of successful candidates’ document for payroll processes and filling the documents in order to develop system for recruitment records maintenance.

• To collect recruitment data and conduct an analysis of the effectiveness of the sourcing methods and the fulfillment oin order to come up with improvement ideas.



- Experience min. 2 years in mass/ retail recruiter.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Willing to mobile and work in store.

- Strong Management skills.

- Able to work in under pressure.

- Fluent in English.

- Willing work in shifting hour.
