Report to:CEO


- Responsible for overall revenue generation for assigned business unit

- Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth

- Plan development and implementation for the market in coordination with the sales organization, and other business units.

Key Duties:

- Responsible for managing assigned business unit, including profitability, product management, budgeting, P&L and business unit  operations

- Develop and executes rapid sales and profit growth of the assigned strategic business unit comprised of the product lines

- Develop and communicate the expectation levels and vision of the company to members of unit.

- Goal setting and review, development and follow-up, performance, etc. for the sales team.

- Coordinate with other departments to manage current products or to develop plans for launching or implementing new products

- Plan and allocate resources to various centers and regions in line with expected business results

- Analyzing potential partner relationships to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company

- Perform efficient finance management.


- Bachelor Degree with major in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting…

- At least 6 year- experience in Sales/Sales Operation Management

- Motivating skills: be able to encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.

- Have strong decision making, planning skill and presentation abilities

- Highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure

- Flexible, approachable

- Flexible to travel across state on average at moderate frequency if required
