Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Set a clear project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Coordinate technical team to manage project budget, tender, design, timeline
Project Implementation& Control:
- Well coordinate among office team, consultants with contractor, and BWID site PM.
- Coordinate technical team to manage project cost, schedule, quality, risk
Project Closing and Handover:
- Make sure the project is satisfied to take over accordingly to law and contract
- Manage handover of the project as planned
- Evaluate and assess result of project
Minimum Criteria:
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related
- Good level written and spoken English
- MS office, AutoCAD
Desirable Criteria:
- More than 7 years experience in construction project management
- Leadership
- Industrial Experience
- Time management, negotiation skill
- Have experience as PM for investor
- Have experience in working in foreign-invested company
