Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a HR Senior Executive in Lam Dong

Business Details :

  • Manage the entire attendance cycle, check, enter and verify time sheets and ensure accuracy for monthly payrolls Perform recruitment jobs as required by management Manage labor contracts in assigned teams / areas
  • Take care of compulsory insurance in assigned teams / areas
  • Develop, implement and review compensation policies and procedures, benefits, welfare programs and allowances
  • Maintain proper employee profile management including hard copies and electronic archives
  • Managing personal income tax codes; commitment to income;
  • Dependency registration and management under PIT laws and regulations
  • The main communicator of the compensation policies and procedures and benefits of the company to enhance understanding, strict compliance and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of policies and procedures.

Requirement:

  • Age: 26-30 years old
  • Education: graduated university in Human resource, business administrator.
  • Experience: at least 3 years working in the same position
  • Good English communication.
