Business Details :
Manage the entire attendance cycle, check, enter and verify time sheets and ensure accuracy for monthly payrolls Perform recruitment jobs as required by management Manage labor contracts in assigned teams / areas
Take care of compulsory insurance in assigned teams / areas
Develop, implement and review compensation policies and procedures, benefits, welfare programs and allowances
Maintain proper employee profile management including hard copies and electronic archives
Managing personal income tax codes; commitment to income;
Dependency registration and management under PIT laws and regulations
The main communicator of the compensation policies and procedures and benefits of the company to enhance understanding, strict compliance and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of policies and procedures.
Age: 26-30 years old
Education: graduated university in Human resource, business administrator.
Experience: at least 3 years working in the same position
