Business Details :

Day to day Support

Provide customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
Resolve helpdesk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Monitoring of incidents tickets in the ticketing systems. Highlight and follow up with relevant IT teams
Client Machine support and management (Corporate Phone device, Dell standard device, MFP)
Coordinate end users communications for IT related matters (outages and advisory)
Applications (e.g. O365, Skype meeting)

Server Room Management

Server/ Network/connectivity/Security/Telephony IPT / etc  which are Level 2 Infrastructure onsite support
Infrastructure related outage coordination and management

Off Site Support

Retail Support

Directly Coordinate with the store incharge on specific infrastructure concerns or incidents
Retail Store Network Management and Deployment, Store Renovation and Closure Related tasks
Back Office Server, Client machines, Foot Traffic connectivity support and management
Infrastructure related outage coordination and management


Work on and complete the assigned project
Hardware audit
Vendor coordination
Quotation preparation
IT Asset Management for IT hardware items


Liaison between local users and business solution team and regional/global IT team
Global vendor and partner coordination (e.g. Singtel, AT&T, coordination)
Support on IT Services Management Plan, Audit and other global compliance
