Your tasks and responsibilities

Position purpose

  • To build commercial relationship with CPV internal (farm + Feed mill).
  • To manage Bayer Distribution Center (MVT) sales products to Dealer and Farm
  • To build and managing Bayer Distribution in small countries (Cambodia and Laos)

Major tasks and responsibilities

  • Execute the company sales / marketing strategies
  • Develop key customer sales and provide high quality seminars and service to customers (Distributors, Dealers and Farmers)
  • Establish long-term trust relationship with customers
  • Corporate compliance principles are respected
  • Co-operation with Marketing and technical services manager in organizing marketing events
  • Find out and negotiate with CPV (Farm + Feedmill) to make sure maximize availability & sales volume of Bayer products.
  • Propose special incentive / promotion program as well as pricing policy for CPV
  • Update market situation as well as competitors’ profile and propose anticipate actions timely. Reporting business environment change to Line Manager

WHO YOU ARE

  • Graduation from University majored in veterinary medicine or animal science essential
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in senior sales & customer management or similar position in animal husbandry industries,
  • Mobile, Willing to travel in Vietnam and Small Countries
  • Good in communication and collaboration
  • Competency in MS Office (excel, power point and word)
  • Core competencies: Customer focus, strategic mindset, collaborates with other departments, Manages Complexity, Plans and aligns
