Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth production flow in compliance with the relevant work procedures

Overseeing:

• Product manufacturing
• Warehouse activities
• Logistics
• Purchasing
• Production planning and production fine planning 
• Maintenance and service

Qualification and Development of staff in production, including 

• Definition of job descriptions
• Annual appraisal process
• Needed training
• Budget planning and initiating investment requests for production

Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental protection

Continuous improvement of the production and supply chain processes

Leading the conduct of risk assessments and work instructions for all production processes and constantly developing the risk awareness of all employees in production

Additional Responsibilities:

• Establish/ roll out new products and manufacturing technologies in coordination with Global Operations STI
• Setting process KPIs
• Coordinate the procurement and allocation of working clothes and PPE
