Business Details :

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create brand plans and brand strategies for defined porfolio, run marketing campaigns and launch new products

- Build technical program, issue sales materials (catalogue, brochure, standee, products presentation…) and e-marketing (motional graphic, introduction film, infographic, e-detailer, e-learning, social media…)

- Support BDC system and Key Account Managers including farm visits, technical consultant… and able to be trainer, facilitator or speaker at customers and BDC staff training, seminars, workshops or conferences

- Manage shrimp products (packaging, raw materials, forecast sales & volume…) and new product development

- Update and analyze relevant information about the market and business environment including market sizes, competitors and customers

- Work closely with Technicians, Key Account Managers, Channel Sales Managers to align with marketing strategies for shrimp portfolio 

- Develop and maintain relationship with KOLs, business partners

- Report to Marketing Manager 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Aquaculture Sciences background or equivalent

- Having at least 05 years working experience in aquaculture animal health industry, shrimp relevance is preferable

- Good experiences in defining marketing plan and implementing marketing activities

- Good knowledge about digital marketing or content marketing is an advantage

- Good communication and presentation skill

- Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability

- Reliable, self-motivated and self-initiative

- Good team spirit

- Good at Vietnamese and English
