Position Purpose & Summary
Support SMT Director and Category leads (Pork and Poultry) by providing market data and insight for both Vietnam and Thailand markets to develops the local business strategy focusing on Where to Play, How to Win, M&A, and Capabilities to meet business growth targets
Build comprehensive industry database and regularly tracking including meat protein consumption, animal population, feeds, segment, spices, farms, competitors, dealers, etc…).
Work with external agency/source to gather required data & market intelligent.
Establish a common/aligned industry database and its evolution that shared and used by the cross-functions as important input into the operation planning/forecasting and formulate future business strategy.
Regullarly conduct data analysis and performance tracking to generate insights and advice as input into the company operation planning/forecasting (CIBP).
Support SMT Director and Category leads to provide strategic long term planning with clear defined strategic customer segments and customer value change that shapes future product portfolio & capability.
Develop a common/aligned performance matrix including market share, volume, strategic segment, strategic products and create appropriate tracking tools.
Conduct regular performance tracking and analysis to generate relevant insight and recommendation for developing appropriate counter action plan.
Implement an annual quantitative customer satisfaction assessment to consistently measure customer satisfaction and Cargill value proposition.
Coordinate & support RBL business planning.
System custodian (CRM, Tableau, etc..)
Principal Accountabilities

Helps develop the CFN Vietnam M&A gameboard
Implement an annual quantitative customer satisfaction assessment to consistently measure customer satisfaction and Cargill value proposition.
Support SMT Director and Category leads to work on overall business analysis and planning ie commercial excellence, customer based redesign, etc..
Coordinate and drive regular RBL/BDM business planning exercise.
