• Prepare and monitor department budget
• Proactively manage cross functional pre-production activities.
• Manage production activities 
• Manage EHS and site maintenance function
• Manage Machine Maintenance function 
• Manage the department’s organization, in order to improve department’s performance.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry, particularly in garment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lead and manage garment production
