Pro-actively source and professionally build relationship with customer
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs & requirements.
Develop offer and account plan covering products, price, services, delivery and new contracts setting up
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Monitor/manage existing accounts, build relationship with key stakeholders and drive business expansion thru up-sell/x-sell activities
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaint to maintain trust
Understand and keep track of changing customer needs and business environments to ensure the most appropriate service providers are assigned to fulfill the customer needs.
Monitoring of key competitors activities in compliance with the Company antitrust principles.
Sales 1st professionalism. Plan, monitor and achieve sales targets and be accountable for the overall customer group performance. (e.g. sales volume, margin, growth, sophisticated and tailor-made CVP, customer churn and trade debtor target)
Working closely with GKA team for country deal as appropriate/needed. Coordinate with various function (marketing, technical, OTC, LSC, Finance) to build in the offer and take appropriate action to improve performance.
Customer Experience delivery including good operational view, forecasting, invoicing/pricing, working with LSC and OTC. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions to assist sales in resolving complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Be responsible and proactive in HSE issues that affect the individual, the office/field environment and their customers including in depth knowledge of competition law.
Practices LAT behaviors, HSSE policies, and Business Principles. Operate within the Manual of Authority and the Standard Offer.
Selling & negotiation Skills_ Ability to create and deliver presentation tailors to the audience needs: Ability to demonstrate value to customers
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback_ Ability in building and maintaining long term relationship with key customers
Customer value position: Understand key account in term of business operation, key stakeholder (decision maker/influencer), lubricant oil/services requirements and sector trends
Strong analysis and problem-solving ability.
Understanding of basic supply chain management including forecasting, planning & logistic management
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Track record in delivering results and achieving sales targets. Drive, self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and a good team player
Can communicate in both Vietnamese and English (writing and/or conversation).
University degree or above with experience in Marketing & sales/managing B2B customers, OEM and global key accounts
Technical, operations and/or business knowledge very much preferred.
