Job Description

• Responsible for execution of maintenance plan at the factory for machinery, equipment and buildings in line with required standards
• Assures equipment reliability to maximize factories productivity.
• Train and develop capability of maintenance technicians.
• Tracks standard manufacturing and warehouse KPIs and prioritizes plant maintenance opportunities.
• Oversees suppliers/ contractors and services providers actuation in the factory.
• Implement maintenance procedures and policies to run the activity in a safe manner and respecting principles of food safety.
• Maintain/ update local database of equipment & machines ensuring fulfilment of scheduled repair & maintenance activities.
• Takes care of availability, order and stock of relevant spare parts to minimise production disruptions due to equipment breakdowns.
• Control and reports monthly budget of repair and maintenance in the factory.
• Other duties will be assigned by direct report.
