Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that related sales targets will be met in terms of unit sales, volume, and revenue generation.
- Maximize sales of all Products of Oil-free Air Division – High Pressure/CO2/Nitrogen to current and new customers through a relentless sales prospecting activities focus towards the assigned market sectors and/or territory.
- Increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper follow-up of existing customers; fully cooperating and coordinating with all CT Sales and Service team who are also operating in the area of Binh Duong and Hanoi.
- Promote all products of Oil-free Air Division – High Pressure/CO2/Nitrogen, giving each equal opportunity and exposure in the market, through the development of customer base as well as identifying new business opportunities and applications.
- Sales targets met (units sales targets, volume targets, revenue generation targets)
- All products of Oil-free Air Division – High Pressure/CO2/Nitrogen promoted / exposed to the market with equal opportunity
- Sales of all products of Oil-free Air Division – High Pressure/CO2/Nitrogen maximized
- Existing customers taken well care of, so the will become loyal customers
- A constant inflow of new customers
- A steadily increasing market share
- New business opportunities and product applications identified and shared with management colleagues in the Sales Department.
- Education: University Degree. An engineering degree is preferable or equivalent knowledge gained from experience.
- Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, etc.).; Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Experience: At least 02 years experience in selling industrial equipment and must have strong ability to close orders.
- Knowledge of the compressed air industry and its applications is an advantage.
- Good understanding and experience on sales territory management and its actual implementation.
- Good communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations. Must be fluent in English and has good understanding of the business culture.
- Good interpersonal skill plus knowledge.
- A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision. A team player who can coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets
