Business Details :
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Send/Receive/Record and control incoming/outgoing fax/correspondences
- Control filling system (In/Out numbering/recording and contract control)
- Control office equipment and consumables
- Control Assets in construction site (computer, mobile phone, printers, furnitures, etc.)
- Control car schedule and car booking
- Make photocopy/binding/scanning of documents
- Arrange the meetings for Owner/suppliers as schedule
- Work in strict co-operation with the Project Leader to ensure project progress status integration.
- Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project team
- Female, age under 28.
- College/University Degree.
- At least 1-year experience in Admin or Secrectary for construction project.
- Basic understanding of Engineering/Procurement/Construction documents.
- Ready to work overtime, go on business trip.
- English communication, Proficient in MS Office.
- Sharp, careful, dynamic, self-managing.
