Business Details :

Job description: 
1. Develop and manage the business in Vietnam 
2. Enhance brand image in Vietnam and achieve sales target 
3. Manage distributors and drive wholesale/retail operation excellence 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Business development (50%) 

  • Develop new distributors and channels via understanding the territory, wholesale/retail landscape, consumers, competition, etc. 
  • Increase the current customers productivity 

2. Account Management (30%) 

  • Build and maintain the business relationship with distributors and wholesalers 
  • Conduct the monthly business review with accounts, develop the tactical business plan and manage the account growth ; 
  • Develop and execute the proper product assortment plan 
  • Provide the daily support and solve problems 

3. Go-to-market Process (20%) 

  • Prepare monthly sales forecast at wholesale level 
  • Participate in product forecasting, assortment planning, and order taking conferrence process 
  • Supervise sales assistant and manage distributors and wholesalers in order process, shipment, and launch. 

  Qualification: 

1. At least 5 years working experience in lighting sales and retail 

2. Business development and management experience (especially for the south area preferred 

3. Work experience in famous lighting company or big distributors preferred 

  Skills: 

1. Fluent in English speaking 

2. Excellent communication and negation skill 

3. Good Selling skills and financial analysis skills 

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
