Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute business strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Oversee investment plans, project development, and business expansion strategies.
• Manage day-to-day company operations and ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Direct financial planning, risk management, and overall fiscal performance.
• Foster a high-performing leadership team and develop organizational culture.
• Represent the organization in key external relationships and partnership initiatives.
• Ensure compliance across governance, operational systems, and internal policies.
• Deliver on key objectives assigned by the Board of Directors or Investors.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of strategic business development, financial governance, and operational management in service-based industries.
• Minimum 10 years in executive leadership roles, including at least 5 years as CEO/Deputy CEO/General Director in relevant sectors.
• Proven experience in managing complex hospitality or resort operations (or similar business models).
• Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and market foresight.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate under pressure and drive performance.
• Proficient in English (other foreign languages are a plus).
