Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries related to products and services such as savings accounts, loan applications, internet banking, and mobile banking.
Represent the bank to assist, manage, and resolve customer issues and concerns.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments; perform banking transactions and promote products or special offers.
Utilize available resources to research information and route calls to the correct channels.
Provide clear and accurate information to customers by explaining procedures and answering product-related questions.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
Accurately document all call-related information as per operating procedures.
Report any issues with communication equipment.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Strong command of English.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
Excellent typing and data entry skills.
Experience in digital lending is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Working Conditions:
6 working days per week (schedule arranged by manager, including weekends).
Shift options: ➤ 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM ➤ 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ➤ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ➤ 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM ➤ 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
