1. Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Management to define and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business priorities.
• Design and implement strategies that balance short-term growth with sustainable success.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with corporate goals.
• Continuously assess internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Lead company-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating plans to achieve business objectives.

• Manage and control budgets to meet investor expectations on growth and profitability.
• Monitor business performance, implement corrective measures when necessary, and deliver accurate forecasts to stakeholders.

• Drive the strategic roadmap for fintech products, ensuring relevance to market needs and business objectives.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and implement enhancements based on customer insights and market trends.

• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture where teams thrive and deliver at their best.
• Enhance employee engagement and align workforce performance with organizational values and mission.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to department heads to ensure operational excellence.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Job Requirement

1. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or IT/Computer Science (MBA strongly preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles, with proven track record in operations, business strategy, and product development.
• Prior experience in fintech or technology-driven industries is highly preferred.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
