Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning Design and implement strategic plans to attract, manage, and develop talent in alignment with business needs.
Talent Acquisition Oversight Lead recruitment strategy and employer branding to secure top-tier talent across all levels.
Talent Development Programs Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential pipelines across business units.
Talent Systems & Frameworks Manage and optimize tools such as performance frameworks (KPI/OKR), competency models, career roadmaps, and feedback systems.
Governance & Compliance Ensure that all talent practices comply with internal governance, industry standards, and legal frameworks.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Relevant HR certifications in talent management or organizational development are a strong advantage.
Solid background in building and implementing talent strategies within large organizations.
8–10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3–5 years in leadership roles focused on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
Strong expertise in:
Talent strategy design and workforce planning
Employer branding and recruitment leadership
Talent mapping, succession, and retention
Use of modern HR tools (KPI, OKR, 360-degree feedback, etc.)
Building career development frameworks and competency models
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage through change
Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
Track record of fostering a positive, performance-driven corporate culture
