Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Planning
    Design and implement strategic plans to attract, manage, and develop talent in alignment with business needs.
  • Talent Acquisition Oversight
    Lead recruitment strategy and employer branding to secure top-tier talent across all levels.
  • Talent Development Programs
    Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential pipelines across business units.
  • Talent Systems & Frameworks
    Manage and optimize tools such as performance frameworks (KPI/OKR), competency models, career roadmaps, and feedback systems.
  • Governance & Compliance
    Ensure that all talent practices comply with internal governance, industry standards, and legal frameworks.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Relevant HR certifications in talent management or organizational development are a strong advantage.
  • Solid background in building and implementing talent strategies within large organizations.
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3–5 years in leadership roles focused on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Talent strategy design and workforce planning
    • Employer branding and recruitment leadership
    • Talent mapping, succession, and retention
    • Use of modern HR tools (KPI, OKR, 360-degree feedback, etc.)
    • Building career development frameworks and competency models
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage through change
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Track record of fostering a positive, performance-driven corporate culture
