Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Policy Development: Design and propose training strategies aligned with business goals across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Training Operations Management: Oversee the implementation and performance monitoring of all learning & development programs.
Digital Learning Integration: Implement and manage digital learning platforms to enhance the online training experience and outcomes.
Talent Development & Succession Planning: Lead high-potential and leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
Leadership Support: Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by executive leadership.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, HR Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or equivalent.
In-depth understanding of real estate investment & service-driven business models.
Strong expertise in corporate training, coaching, and capability development frameworks.
Certification in coaching or training (e.g., ICF) is highly preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior training leadership role within large-scale enterprises, multinational corporations, or major investment groups.
Proven skills in:
Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management
Goal setting, performance coaching, and mentoring
Strong strategic mindset and planning capabilities
Fluent in English; excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
