Responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC business operations within the assigned region.
Develop business strategies in alignment with the company's direction, with a focus on projects led by Vietnamese investors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, general contractors, and design consultants to explore potential projects.
Plan and implement approaches for projects from the design phase to execution, ensuring the company’s HVAC products are included in the approved list.
Lead the sales team effectively, support in contract negotiations, and secure project closures.
Monitor project progress and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely product and service delivery as committed.
Analyze the market and assess competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare regular business performance reports and recommend optimization solutions.
Job Requirement
University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Thermal Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC business; preference for candidates experienced in working with investors, general contractors, and design consultants.
Strong connections with investors, general contractors, and M&E contractors in the assigned region are a significant advantage.
Knowledgeable about the HVAC market, especially bidding processes and project implementation.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-building skills.
Capable of team leadership, handling sales pressure, and committed to achieving business results.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
