Enable performance operations by providing asset maintenance in accordance with company strategy. Support and contribute to proper technical store management.
Build the maintenance budget (zero-based), ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting, and tracking in line with company guidelines.
Ensure that the needs of the factory are fulfilled as per production requirements. All utilities that come into contact with or may meet the product are treated according to food safety acceptance criteria for product/processes.
Ensure that the maintenance of electrical services, the performance of automation, and MES at the factory site are in line with production requirements.
Ensure optimum energy/water consumption at the factory level by implementing proper M&I activities for factory assets and respecting SHE policies. Manage accordingly to company standards and tools.
Drive improvement and renewal (I&R) by initiating and coordinating the implementation of new processes/technologies with relevant market, central, and business unit engineering teams.
Lead, train, and develop people to achieve group objectives and enrich their skills and knowledge. Responsible for the professional and personal development and career planning for all subordinates to maintain continuity and meet business growth.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Recommended to have participated in Maintenance & Improvement (M&I) and/or Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including preparation, definition, control, and follow-up of maintenance budgets, preferably with exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and maintenance execution.
Experience in personnel supervision, especially with technical teams, including mechanical and electrical contractors, suppliers, or other third parties.
Experience participating in the development of small engineering improvement projects, defining technical equipment for production and/or industrial services as part of a multidisciplinary team, preferably involving various products and technologies across both mechanical and electrical & automation areas.
Involvement in multidisciplinary teams aimed at process or packaging optimization.
Used to working with defined indicators/objectives and proactively tracking them.
