Key Responsibilities:
Human Capital Strategy: Develop and lead workforce strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives and business transformation agendas.
HR Operations Oversight: Direct and optimize core HR functions (talent acquisition, C&B, performance management, workforce planning, etc.) with a focus on efficiency and cost control.
Governance & System Compliance: Establish and uphold corporate HR standards, ensuring all practices align with internal policies and legal frameworks.
Leadership & Special Projects: Support executive initiatives and lead cross-functional projects as delegated by the Board or senior leadership.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Law, or equivalent disciplines.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with 10+ years in leadership roles and 5+ years in a similar C-level or HR Director capacity.
Proven experience working in large-scale businesses (e.g., real estate, hospitality, or multinational corporations), ideally with organizational headcount exceeding 1,000 employees.
Solid expertise in:
Strategic HR planning and workforce transformation
Talent development and succession management
Employee relations, labor law, and organizational compliance
Performance frameworks and compensation models
Leading change and organizational culture alignment
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Deep integrity, professionalism, and business acumen
Experience designing and executing HR evaluation frameworks
English fluency and solid proficiency in HR technologies and Microsoft Office tools
