Participate in an outsourced software development project serving clients from Japan and other global markets
Act as the key liaison between Japanese clients, global stakeholders, and the offshore project team in Vietnam
Provide consultation and direction to clients and internal teams regarding product vision, requirements, and solution planning
Collaborate directly with both Japanese and global clients to gather, negotiate, and analyze business needs, then effectively communicate those requirements to the offshore development team
Lead project planning, progress tracking, and cross-functional team management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Engage in insurance-related projects, occasionally involving multinational collaboration across various teams
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
4+ years of experience in similar roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, BrSE, or Project Manager
Strong skills in requirement analysis, planning, teamwork, task control, time management, and effective communication
Proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2) is required; ability to communicate in English with clients is a plus
Creative mindset with logical thinking, problem-solving, and constructive feedback abilities
Open to new ideas and innovative approaches; able to challenge conventional thinking
Prior experience in team leadership or coordination is a strong advantage
