Job Description

Industry: Textile, Garment, Fabric

  • Oversee the research and development of textile and apparel products
  • Develop and implement strategies for new material development and commercialization
  • Plan and manage research projects
  • Analyze industry trends and reflect market needs
  • Collaborate with international teams and conduct global R&D projects
  • Prepare research reports and publish papers
  • Provide technical support and cooperation with clients and partners
  • Manage laboratories and guide research personnel

Job Requirement

  • Master’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering or a related field (Ph.D degree)
  • Over 20 years of relevant experience
  • More than 10 years of experience in laboratories or textile manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of textile and material science
  • Strongly prefer who has high knowledge and experience on dyeing process
  • Proven experience in research and development project management
  • Strong data analysis and experimental design skills
  • Leadership and teamwork capabilities
  • Problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Experience in global R&D projects
  • Experience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience in collaborating with multinational teams
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Open to candidates of the following nationalities: Chinese, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Korean
