Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional strategies aimed at expanding sales channels.
Define strategic sales objectives and growth targets for upcoming cycles and oversee their successful execution.
Identify processing plants working with brand clients, carry out reverse development initiatives, and secure designated brand orders.
Gather and evaluate data from various sales channels, conduct resource audits, and ensure effective integration.
Handle the day-to-day regional management operations efficiently.
Take initiative in building and enhancing the regional sales team.
Key responsibility: Acquire new processing factory clients and grow business volume with existing customers to improve order penetration.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the zipper, garment trims, or apparel accessories industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Sales Director or equivalent.

Well-established network among branded fashion/apparel clients.
Strong understanding of industry developments and market dynamics.
Solid marketing acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and experience in managing major fashion brand accounts.

Languages: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
