Job Description

Industry: Apparel Accessories

  • Design and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies and customer development plans.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics; conduct in-depth analysis and forecasting to inform business direction.
  • Develop initiatives to drive sales growth by expanding the contribution of both new and existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust customer database to support lead generation and client acquisition activities.
  • Provide coaching, support, and direction to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and performance target achievement.
  • Oversee the management of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow for the business.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the local sales office to enhance team capability and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited full-time institution.
  • Major: Open to all disciplines.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in a sales role within apparel, bags, or fashion accessories.
    • At least 1 year in a managerial role (Sales Manager or Marketing Manager preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge & Skills:
    • Familiar with the textile or garment accessories industry; strong customer network is an advantage.
    • Up-to-date on industry trends and market behaviors.
    • Strong marketing acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record in client acquisition and experience working with major fashion or apparel brands.
  • Leadership: Excellent team leadership and staff development capabilities.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel and attend industry-related social functions.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (reading and writing).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Strong business writing skills and logical presentation ability.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
  • Other: Possession of a valid driver’s license.
