Oversee the entire merchandising cycle, from sample creation and vendor sourcing to pricing negotiation, trade terms setup, and cost analysis.
Establish and nurture strong supplier relationships; take proactive steps to address and resolve issues throughout the production lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure production adheres to both corporate and customer standards, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
Manage claims negotiation and ensure accurate processing and documentation of all related debit and credit notes.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to refine product strategies and support data-driven decision-making.
Conduct ongoing market research to keep ahead of trends and identify potential sourcing or product development opportunities.
Monitor the full supply chain through the internal MBS Control Panel system, identifying bottlenecks and implementing timely resolutions.
Take the lead in tender processes, overseeing project execution from initiation to closure.
Plan, organize, and coordinate buying trips, including pre-trip preparation and post-trip follow-ups.
Drive sourcing initiatives and product development in alignment with market trends and customer demands.
Perform regular factory visits and attend trade shows for supplier evaluation and product scouting.
Act as a central contact across departments, leading cross-functional initiatives and trips.
Supervise and support a team of 1–2 subordinates, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Serve as a backup for the Merchandising Manager when required.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in merchandising, procurement, strategic sourcing, or assortment development, ideally with a focus on the European market.
In-depth product knowledge of hardgoods, especially within the Household, KCT, Business & Homecare, seasonal, and near-food categories.
Prior experience working with multinational buying offices or manufacturing firms is highly advantageous.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
