Job Description

Position Overview

This role is responsible for handling all inside sales activities—from prospecting to deal closure—within a specific segment and territory, based at the office. You will work closely with the sales team to support account development and coordinate internally on order processing, documentation, and logistics. A proactive, cross-functional mindset and strong customer responsiveness are key to success.

Main Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify new client opportunities via CRM, social platforms, referrals
  • Qualify leads (inbound/outbound) and issue samples per company policies
  • Ensure proper approvals are obtained during lead management

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build pipeline
  • Present product solutions professionally and handle inquiries or concerns
  • Manage objections and maintain professional communications throughout

Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors
  • Provide regular follow-ups and notify clients of updates and offerings

Sales Target & Reporting

  • Achieve sales quotas (monthly/quarterly/annually)
  • Track conversion metrics and report pipeline performance

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Align campaigns with the marketing team for lead generation
  • Partner with field sales to ensure smooth client handovers

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes and negotiate under policy limits
  • Enter orders into the SAP system; update CRM tools (C4C)
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  • Provide timely sales forecasts and related reports

Office & Event Support

  • Front-desk responsibilities: calls, visitor management, mail handling
  • Manage supplies, logistics support, and internal coordination
  • Organize internal events, including team building and celebrations
  • Ensure events follow company policy and safety standards

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow internal safety, environmental, and health regulations in collaboration with HSE personnel
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in inside sales or equivalent role
  • Strong skills in quotation, negotiation, and commercial execution
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese
  • Experience managing distributor relationships and channel sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to AI-based analytics and sustainable sales approaches
  • High interpersonal intelligence and solution-driven thinking
