Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications with customers, including but not limited to quotation submissions, purchase order handling, negotiation, order confirmation, and coordination throughout the execution of sales contracts.
Prepare and manage quotations along with associated drawings, technical specifications, and conduct material research for production.
Collaborate closely with the Programming and Engineering departments to obtain necessary drawings, determine stock dimensions, define technical guidelines, and finalize programming details.
Work alongside the Procurement team for sourcing and confirming raw materials.
Coordinate with the Planning team to structure production schedules and compile essential documentation such as travelers for manufacturing and quality tracking.
Liaise with Production and Quality Assurance teams to monitor both in-house manufacturing and outsourced processing activities.
Track the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure final products meet all customer specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid understanding of technical supply chain operations within the aerospace industry, including standard procedures, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Exceptional negotiation capabilities and strong business writing skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to drive cross-functional coordination.
Strong numerical aptitude; familiarity with performance metrics is a plus.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining efficiency under pressure.
Resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience (7+ years in a relevant role) may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity within the aerospace or advanced manufacturing industries.
Direct experience in aerospace is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other standard office and industry-specific applications.
