Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture, with hands-on skills in Java, Python, C#, and both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (especially AWS), including architecture design, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Solid understanding of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI, with the ability to evaluate and implement these where applicable.
Proven background in technical leadership, with experience managing mid-to-large engineering teams and making key architectural decisions.
Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of overseeing multiple concurrent projects and leading distributed teams.
Japanese proficiency: Business level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above) – essential for technical discussions and client interaction.
English proficiency: Able to communicate effectively with global/offshore teams.
Familiarity with Japanese engineering and project management practices, including rigorous quality control, structured reporting, and disciplined processes.
