Process Development & Optimization
• Ensure all assembly processes are well implemented and documented.
• Ensure assembly methods, work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures are in
place.
• Ensure all assembly operations are efficient, ergonomic, and qualified.
• Ensure balance production lines and workstation layouts optimized.
• Ensure studies and labor standard are well conducted
Manufacturing Engineering Support
• Ensure a good Collaborate with product development teams for manufacturability and ease of assembly.
• Ensure new product introduction and production launches.
• Ensure the development and validation of assembly tooling, fixtures, jigs, and equipment requirements.
• Participate in process FMEA, control plans, and risk assessments.
Continuous Improvement
• Ensure the lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping are well
used.
• Ensure well monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, cycle time, first-pass
yield, and OEE.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are well implemented .
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure assembly processes comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure manufacturing defects are well controlled and followed with improvement actions plans.
• Ensure supporting internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Training & Technical Leadership
• Ensure operators, supervisors, and technicians training on assembly methods and best practices.
• Ensure providing technical guidance to manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Ensure lead process improvement projects and cross-functional problem-solving a
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or
a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly Process Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments such as sanitary ware, automotive, electronics,
or consumer products.
• Proven experience in process improvement and Lean Manufacturing implementation.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Gross salary: Up to VND 35,000,000/month (subject to experience and company regulations).
