Language Proficiency: English level of Pre-intermediate or higher.
Professional Skills: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Work Ethic: Strong discipline and strict adherence to working hours and safety protocols.
Schedule Flexibility: Readiness to work 12-hour shifts (averaging 48 hours per week) and flexibility to work overtime based on production demands.
Attitude: High sense of responsibility, hard-working, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
