Job Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Coordinate with production teams to execute orders according to plan
  • Conduct pricing analysis, cost calculation, and quotation preparation
  • Track order progress and proactively resolve issues during production
  • Ensure alignment on product requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules
  • Support sales-related activities and industry engagement initiatives

Job Requirement

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, textile, or manufacturing
  • Good command of English or Chinese for business communication
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities
  • Prior experience working with factories or supply chain operations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems knowledge is an advantage
