Job Description

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Lead recruitment strategies and advise on talent retention to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of hires for all group-wide positions.
  • Strengthen and promote the Employer Brand in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Planning: Develop annual/quarterly hiring plans, manage recruitment budgets, and establish hiring policies.
  • Operations: Oversee the end-to-end interview process, manage candidate databases, and monitor hiring KPIs.
  • Leadership: Directly interview senior/key roles and lead the internal recruitment team.
  • Development: Train managers on interview skills and standardize competency assessment tools.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze labor trends and recruitment efficiency to provide strategic insights to the Board.

Job Requirement

  • Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in recruitment management, preferably in large-scale enterprises.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of the labor market, sourcing channels, and modern hiring trends.
  • Key Skills: Strategic planning, high-level negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Attributes: Decisive, professional networking ability, and high pressure tolerance.
