CORE MISSION
The Senior Telesales Executive will be the "Growth Engine" of the Call Center department, responsible for transforming high-quality marketing leads into successful clinic appointments and revenue. This role requires a Revenue-driven mindset and a mastery of luxury service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Ticket Conversion (50%): Manage inbound/outbound leads via CRM for premium services: Dental Implants, Orthodontics, and Smile Design.
SLA Management: Ensure a Speed-to-Lead of < 15 minutes during business hours to maximize lead freshness and patient satisfaction.
Consultative Sales: Execute deep-dive consultations, addressing patient concerns and providing expert advice based on standardized scripts.
Lead Lifecycle Management: Track the journey from Lead → Booking → Show-up → Treatment; minimize "leakage" in the sales funnel.
Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% precision in updating CRM data (Source, Service, Status, Reason codes).
Experience: Minimum 03 years of Telesales experience in premium sectors: Healthcare, Aesthetics, Finance, or Luxury Real Estate.
Mindset: Proactive ownership of leads; persistent follow-up; and a strong focus on "Show-up" rates and revenue.
Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
Expertise in Objection Handling and consultative selling.
Proficiency in CRM systems (MISA, FAST, or Bravo is a plus).
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
