Job Description

Greyfinders’ strategic partner – a market leader in the manufacturing sector in Hanoi – is seeking a visionary Warehouse Manager. This is not a traditional supervisory role. We are looking for a Transformation Leader who can bridge the gap between physical operations and digital intelligence, building a smart, data-driven warehouse ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Directly managing the Data Team, Warehouse Supervisors, and Operations Staff; fostering a culture of discipline, professionalism, and high performance.

• Digital Integration: Spearheading the implementation and optimization of modern technological solutions, including WMS, Barcoding, AI, and real-time tracking systems.

• Data Integrity & Governance: Owning the absolute accuracy of inventory data within ERP/MES systems, turning raw numbers into actionable insights for the Board of Directors.

• Operational Optimization: Implementing global standards (FIFO, FEFO, 3D-5S) to maximize space utilization and eliminate operational waste.

• Supply Chain Synchronization: Acting as the vital link between Production, Planning, and Sales to ensure a seamless and agile flow of goods.

Job Requirement

We are looking for professionals with:

• Systems Thinking: The ability to visualize the end-to-end supply chain and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.

• Tech-Savviness: Proven experience in implementing or managing modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital transformation projects.

• Leadership Prowess: A track record of setting clear goals, inspiring teams, and managing performance with integrity.

• Problem-Solving Agility: Decisiveness in handling discrepancies, managing risks, and driving optimal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
