Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation (man-days), and go-live plans.
Collaborate with Tech Leads to balance resources, ensuring development teams are neither overloaded nor underutilized.
Execution & Progress Tracking
Daily monitor project progress, proactively identify and resolve blockers for the development team.
Strictly manage project scope.
For any change requests from Business/Clients, assess impacts on timeline and cost, and renegotiate plans accordingly.
Quality Control & Release Management
Control output quality.
For the Premium Service line, ensure full compliance with SLA commitments and zero critical bugs prior to handover.
Organize and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Clients/Business Units.
Develop scenarios and coordinate the safe go-live/release process of the product.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the single point of contact for project status and progress.
Update weekly status reports to BOD, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding feasibility and delivery timelines.
Job Requirement
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Second Language Ability: Proficient in English, especially writing and communication skills, to work directly with international partners on White Label/Solution projects.
Related Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management in Software Houses, Outsourcing, or System Integration companies.
Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, Prince2 are a strong advantage.
Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp, etc.

Result-oriented mindset with strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivery targets.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and effectively manage crises such as timeline slippage, system issues, or resource shortages.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to balance flexibility with firmness in protecting the team from unreasonable change requests while maintaining client satisfaction.
