Job Description

  • Develop, plan and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the CN/TW market.
  • Localize global campaigns and create region-specific marketing plans.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
  • Manage local PR, media buying, and event marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media in CN/TW.
  • Manage CN/TW market’s marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (or equivalent work experience).
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (both verbal and written). HSK5+ is required.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on the CN/TW market.
  • Knowledge of CN/TW culture, media landscape, and consumer behavior is essential.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in China.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Strong senses of visualization. Medium knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Capcut, Figma is a HUGE plus. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a marketing team.
